The Restaurant Belvedere is located in the “Odorico house”, once owned by mosaic-makers. The building, dating back to the 19^th century, welcomes you with a romantic entrance full of hearts. You will have the chance of tasting menus sitting around the fogolar, the typical Friulian fireplace that represents the very heart of the Restaurant, or staying in the outdoor terrace, or opting for the garden. Every two weeks the menu is completely renovated, with traditional dishes reinterpreted according to the chef’s creativity. Many ingredients are farm-to-table, such as the flour produced in local mills, or the herbs and flowers used in serveral recipes, directly coming from the owners’ garden.
